About Mutrition

At Mutrition I, Ruud van Burgsteden, have the opportunity to work on food topics that are beneficial for a triple health win.
Triple in health for 1) the consumer, 2) the business and 3) the environment.

With a background in food technology, nutrition (dietetics) and marketing (Nima C) I’ve been active in the food sector since the millenium. Through the whole value chain I’ve been involved in projects and aim to contribute to a healthier consumer and healthier business.

I’ve lived/worked for example in London and Kuopio (Finland) and spend several months in Pyrenees (mountains) and Denmark/Sweden (sailing boat) as well as backpacked through South America (8 countries, 8 months).
