Well-being a competitive advantage?
Marketing Monday ---- Well-being a competitive advantage?
If it is up to WOW
| World of Wellbeing, it is! Not just a benefit, a basic right that from a
company point of view creates a competitive advantage, I'd say….oh yes, bring
it on…..
Yes…because I personally thrive when well-being and business comes together.
Too often I meet people that thrive on either one of the two instead of both.
Doing great in their job but at the cost of their well-being.
Doing great in their well-being but struggle in their jobs.
Only some are able to combine the two and have their personal WOW.
It is this WOW that is defined as WOW | World of Wellbeing that should be at the heart of every company's mission according to this initiative. With an event in Amsterdam this autumn the WOW movement started to move and happy to dedicate this #MarketingMonday blog on it:-)
The P of Personnel is a well-known component in the marketing mix and nothing new if it comes to human resources philosophy. It is perhaps the approach and importance that the Word-of-Wellbeing gives to it. This in combination with 1) the paradox of technology advancement to connect and 2) the heightened perceived disconnection in society, makes this initiative groundbreaking?
Creating a sustainable competitive advantage is at the heart of a strategic marketer.
With a thorough understanding of the Customer, Company and Competition a unique match between company (USP) and customer (UBR) is pursued.
Highest chances of success can be reached if one works with state of the art tools. It is this link with WOW why I believe it belongs indeed at the heart of companies strategies.
Curious to see IF or perhaps more importantly HOW you make this happen?
2024 I've integrated personal well-being in my services around marketing & nutrition, now I'm helping next to food companies (Mutrition) also consumers (Zijpaadjes).
I'm eager to contribute to a healthier consumer and a healthier business.
A healthier consumer through nutritional concept development (companies) and Voedje Zijpaadje (consumers).
A healthier business through application of marketing techniques in practice of food companies (e.g. enrich USP with also UBR) and to optimize the return on intelligence (smart market research).
