That’s what FoodPractices are, created by Mutrition and occasionally co-created with other food pro’s.

FoodPractices are based on the well-known best-practice analyses approach.

The aim is to create knowledge & wisdom by applying marketing theory to food products or concepts that are on the market. Also food market dynamics and observations are given context and thoughts e.g. do the inequal parts of a Tony Chocolonely chocolate bar change over time as their impact is to change the inequal spread of wealth in the supply chain?
